Tracking Microsoft Lync with Lync Reporting

So, you have implemented Microsoft Lync in your organization.  You are trying to drive adoption and track usage.  How do you do this?

If you have invested your time and money rolling out new tools in your organization, it is imperative that you track adoption.  You cannot get a return on your investment if people are not using the new tools!  How do you know who is using them?  How do you know which parts of your company need additional training in your tools? How do you justify your expense?  The key answer to all these is getting a system that allows you to run Lync Reports.

Yes, Microsoft has some very rudimentary built-in reporting options.  Using SQL Reporting Services, you can run basic CDR reports off the monitoring database.  This hard-to-use option is labor intensive and only provides the basics.  You need a built-to-purpose reporting solution for Lync.

ISI Telemenangement Solutions has just such a tool.  Infortel Select for Microsoft Lync provides comprehensive reporting for all elements of Lync.  It reports on peer to peer voice, enterprise voice, audio, video, and web conferencing, instant messaging, and even file transfers.

Best yet, it is one of few applications that have passed Microsoft's new compatibility testing for Lync.   Microsoft engaged an independent testing house to fully certify the application.  It passed with flying colors!

OK, I may be talking like a proud papa but this product is my baby.  Check it out or contact me for more info.
